Kasumi Uzumaki is the twin sister of the main character of the story - Naruto Uzumaki.

Appearance:
Kasumi has inherited her mother's natural beauty as well as the trademark uzumaki red hair. Her eyes are ocean blue like the rest of her family.
She prefers to wear somewhat provocative one piece dresses, none of which make it past the middle of her thighs, putting her long legs in display.
Despite all this, she does not use her body as a tool to achieve her goals, like some other kunoichi tend to.

Abilities:
Due to her rather large chakra reserves, Kasumi is capable of using extremely taxing ninjutsu in quick succession.
Her godlike control over her water affinity allows her to manipulate water in any way she wants, leading her to not need anything other than chakra and concentration to perform any imaginable act with water.
She has developed her affinity to the point where she can make Hiraishin seals out of water in thin air and use them to teleport.
